Pieces

I started out many years ago as a decorative artist, and came through the theatre and prop making industry to where I am now.
So when producing individual pieces that require that really unique look, or highly decorative finish, I can call on that experience.

My career led me towards producing work with more permanence and legacy than the temporary nature of prop making. And marrying traditional joinery and cabinet making techniques with that unique background has given me the ability to combine many different materials and techniques in the commissions I undertake.
So, I truly do embrace the unusual and the bizarre as much as the traditional and classic. Not a lot phases me, and if a job requires sculpting, welding, precious metals, marquetry, resin work, decorative painting or any combination or variation on these, bring it on.
